These terms govern your Prince Albert Casino account, the games we offer and the payments you make. Registering an account or making any wager means you accept them.

A. Accepting these terms

These terms create a binding legal contract between you and Prince Albert Casino. Please read them together with our Promotion Terms, Your Privacy, Cookies and Tracking, Responsible Gaming, Identity Checks and Age Policy pages. If any part is unacceptable to you, do not register or play.

B. Game rules, RNG and live play

Each game in the Lobby displays its own rules and payout information. Slot and digital table game results are generated independently by RNG (random number generation) software, meaning no previous round affects the one that follows. Live Casino games are run by real dealers over a live camera feed, and the studio system's stored outcome is binding.

Any game round or payout touched by a malfunction is void. Should a game error, server failure or connection fault distort a result, we cancel that round and refund your stake in full.

C. Who can play

Anyone aged 19 or older who plays from a Canadian province or territory where online casino gaming is permitted may register an account. Our age and identity verification and our anti-money-laundering measures meet Canadian standards. D. Governing law

These terms are read in line with the laws in force in Canada. Any dispute our complaints process cannot resolve will be settled by the competent Canadian courts.

E. Limits of our liability

This site and its games are provided as is. We do not accept liability for loss caused by your internet connection, a fault in your device, play that breaches these terms, or events outside our reasonable control. If liability on our part is established, the amount we pay cannot exceed the stake concerned, except where Canadian law forbids such a limit.

F. Complaints

If something goes wrong, email [email protected] stating your username, a brief outline of the issue and the exact date and time it occurred. We look into each complaint and then email you a written decision that sets out our reasoning. Retain all related correspondence until the case is resolved.

G. Intellectual property

Ownership of the Prince Albert Casino brand name, its logo, and the graphics, wording and layout of this site rests with us or our partners; every game belongs to its provider. You may use this content only for your own play here, and copying, framing or reuse requires our written consent.

H. Changes to these terms

Changes to the law, to our products or to the payment methods we support may lead us to revise these terms. Every new version is posted here along with its effective date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email or display a notice on screen when you log in next. Carrying on with play after a revised version applies means you accept the updated terms.

I. Prohibited conduct

The following are not allowed at Prince Albert Casino:

allowing someone else to use your account, or playing for another person
using bots, scripts or software that plays automatically or gives an edge
working together with other players, or taking advantage of a known game fault
using funds from crime, or stolen or third party payment methods
hiding your location or identity, for example with a VPN

Where we find such conduct, the bets involved may be cancelled, any related winnings withheld, and the account suspended or closed. We share information with the authorities whenever Canadian law requires it.

J. Deposits and withdrawals in CAD

All balances, wagers and payments on your account are held in Canadian dollars (CAD). Deposits begin at a minimum of C$10, and we take no fee on either deposits or withdrawals.

Timing: most methods: between one and four hours; bank wire: up to 12 hours

You may use only payment methods registered to you. When we can, we send withdrawals back to a method in your name, and a payout may be held until identity checks are finished.

K. One account per person

One account per person is permitted. Sign-up requires your true name, email, date of birth and address, which you must keep up to date. Keep your password to yourself, as every action taken with your credentials is considered your own. Duplicate accounts are closed when found, and bets and bonuses obtained through them may be voided.
